What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We cannot accept personal checks or money orders.
What currency are your prices in?
As a default, all prices are shown in USD as it’s the most internationally used currency and a simple way for all our customers to place their orders around the globe.
But feel free to view the website in a different currency by clicking the dropdown menu in the top right corner.
Do you ship internationally?
We are proud to offer international shipping services! Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering service anywhere in the world.
How much does shipping cost?
We do our very best to minimize the cost of shipping for our customers. Our standard super saver shipping option costs $4.95 USD per order.

Will I need to pay custom fees?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. Any additional tariffs, VATs, import fees, or similar, are the buyer’s responsibility upon the item’s delivery. We will declare your product as much lower value on the package receipt in order to minimize taxes on your behalf but we cannot guarantee there will be no tax.
By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may have custom fees when they arrive to your country. Please be aware of your country’s policies.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours and we will do our best to assist you. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, we are not able to make changes or cancellations.
What is your return or refund policy?
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us and let us know!

My product is damaged, what can I do?
Oh no! We’re so sorry – we know how much of a bummer this is. Although we inspect each item before and package them with care, damages and defects may happen.
If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll have a look and let you know how we can fix it for you!
How do I search for products?
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the search bar at the top of any page. Use general description keywords. The more keywords you use, the less products will show up on the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
The product I liked isn’t there anymore. Will it be back?
Yikes, looks like you missed out! We try our best to keep our best selling pieces in stock, but sometimes, they just move too fast.

The item I purchased is now at a cheaper price. Can I get a price adjustment?
Prices are subject to change at any time. We are happy to offer a one-time price adjustment on your item(s) up to 7 days after your order is placed. However, this does not apply for promo code discounts or items that are part of special promotions.
