Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours and we will do our best to assist you. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, we are not able to make changes or cancellations.

If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
- Any additional custom fees such as tariffs, VATs, import fees, or similar, are the buyer’s responsibility upon the item’s delivery.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
